SUMMER CARD
Our guests enjoy all INCLUDED highlights in the Ötztal valley for free.
The Summer Card gives free access to the 12 summer mountain lifts as well as free admission to swimming pools, bathing lakes, museums, leisure time facilities and many more attractions. An absolute premium upgrade for your summer holiday!

Check In & Check Out
Check-In from 3 p.m
Check-Out until 10 p.m
In case of late arrival, please give us a call till 6 p.m!
In the winter season arrival / departure day is Saturday, any other dates will be considered as far as possible.

Bred delivery service
On request we are pleased to deliver bred from our local bakery.

Parking
During your stay, free parking is available directly in front of our house.

Ski storage room
We provide a heated ski storage room and boots heater

Ski bus
The shuttle bus runs daily from 8.10 am until 6 p.m. (10-minute intervals). The bus service is free of charge for ski pass holders. The bus stop is right next to our house.   

Kids
Our apartment is perfect for kids as well. We gladly offer a child's bed and a high chair free of charge.

Deposit
Deposit is 30% of the total sum. Payment We kindly ask our guests to pay cash

Extra service apartment
Once a week cleaning of bathroom, waste disposal and exchance of towels.

Pets
Pets are not allowed, thank you for your understanding!

Cancellation policy
A withdrawl is possible by unilateral declaration by the contractual partner with the following cancellation fee.

For bookings the following conditions apply:
- until 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
- from 29 days before arrival: 70% of the total amount will be charged
- from 6 days before arrival: 90% of the total amount will be charged

Deposit: 30 % of the total amount within 7 days after booking is completed.
